On Saturday afternoon we took a train from Angers to Paris. After finding our hotel we headed into the city to do some souvenir shopping. We then spent the remainder of the evening hanging out at the Eiffel tower. We sat on some steps for a long time just watching people take pictures in front of the Eiffel Tower. We wanted to stay until they lit it up, so we stayed until a little after 10:00. Seconds before we turned the corner to leave we heard a gasp from the crowd. We turned around to see the Eiffel Tower all lit up and sparkling. It was so amazing! If we would have left a minute earlier we would have missed it. The pictures just don’t do it justice.
Our entire trip was so fun and magical. We feel so grateful that we had this opportunity to travel together. Now we’ve made a list of all the other places in the world we want to visit!

Ah man! I am so jealous looking at the pictures and reading about your trip. It sounds like you had a great time and did so much! I'm glad Bryce grew in his French speaking skills enough to order a baguette AND a pastry! He can get by on his own now! :)
