Can’t get enough of our little girl

She is just so cute with her arms folded. She loves loves loves those arms next to her face.

She sure loves her daddy! Bryce is so good about reading to her, and playing with her, he especially likes showing her her reflection in the mirror. Bryce is always quite captivated by this little one.

   

She is just so precious when she sleeps! (which is pretty much all the time these days :) Bows do not like to stay on her tiny head.

Grandma Pinder has a hard time staying away. But Avery sure loves her visits!

Avery seems to enjoy her baths these days, she always calms right down when I set her in the water and put a warm wash cloth over her legs. She always looks away from me for some reason though.

Does this little one look guilty? She has a favorite hobby of peeing on the mat as soon as we get her diaper off. This is right after she peed all over her clothes and on the mat when dad was changing her. It’s almost a daily occurrence. At least she is not a boy!

The Bairds were in town so we met them at Becky’s so they could see little Avery. Avery loved Grandma Baird!  (Grandma because she was my second mom growing up :) It was so fun that we got to visit with them and catch up and that they got to see little Avery. Bryce of course entertained Ryan and Bennett.

Newborn Pictures

Becky came over and took some newborn pictures of our cute little Avery. Unfortunately Avery wasn’t too cooperative and I didn’t feel great so we may take some more later. I also forgot to put a cute bow on her head, but that’s okay she still looks cute and Becky did a great job as always.  bpackerphotography.blogspot.com

She loves to have her hands by her face as you can see in lots of these pictures. She was about a week and half when these were taken.

                        

        

Bringing Avery Home

This first week has been great. I’ve definitely had moments of worry, tiredness and frustration but all in all not bad. I think Avery is getting cuter every day. Each day I have tried to do one thing so I don’t feel like a total lazy blob. We have gone on walks, gone shopping, went to Bryce’s soccer game so it’s been fun. All the pics we’ve taken of her have been at home though.

                         

She didn’t really love her first bath. Or any bath I’ve given her :) She likes her hair being washed, but the rest of the time she screams. I think she just doesn’t like being cold.

   

Subway at Kiwanis Park. We haven’t been able to find any bows that fit little Avery’s head well so they always fall over her eyes.
