Remembering May {May 2015}

Besides going to Bainbridge Island, Exploring parks and visiting Ashland, we did a few other fun things and hung out at our place a lot.

                  

Sometimes Avery plays on the porch in her sand and watches for Bryce to come home. It’s so cute when she sees him she puts her face up to the fence and yells “hi daddy!”  And Bryce sent me this picture when I went to dinner and a movie with some friends in the ward.

Doing her big pile of puzzles, playing the ipad while I’m on a video conference call—I started a new job this month and luckily most of the calls are during nap time, but if not, thank goodness for ipads and Little D is a big boy riding in the shopping cart!

For mother’s day I was spoiled by Bryce with a giant mother’s day card, waffles with strawberries and whip cream for breakfast and a yummy dinner and a food processor. He took great care of the kids so it was a wonderful day off. I sure love being a mom to the two best kids ever.

Every Tuesday we get together with other moms and have a music class. One of the other mom’s dad is a fireman so we got to go to the fire station instead of music class. Avery was super nervous at first but then she LOVED it, she still points out every fire truck she sees. It was super fun.

          

         

         

Yay the pool is open! And we are taking advantage!

Sunday walks through the botanical gardens is a favorite pastime of ours.

Our friends Karina and Brandon invited us to go to the Discovery Center which is a family history center in Bellevue. It was super cool. You carried an IPad around and would dock it at different stations. One station told you all about your name and where it comes from and the popularity. It would also show where your ancestors came from, show what happened the year you were born, etc. They also had a few activities for kids. It was pretty fun.
