Josh and Hadley’s wedding lined up perfectly with Easter so we got to celebrate Easter in Utah! We had seen on of the Disney short films where Elsa (yes, from Frozen) throws a party for Anna and she is lead to her party with string. We thought it’d be fun to do that for their Easter baskets, When they got up in the morning, we gave them their strings and had them follow their strings to their Easter baskets. Dallin lost interest real fast and Avery got a little impatient too…guess it’s better when they’re a little older but we’re going to keep with that tradition anyway! After they found the Easter baskets, they looked for the eggs they dyed the night before.
Avery helping with dinner. She loves to help in the kitchen.
Dying Easter Eggs!
On Saturday before the Easter Egg hunt, the Pinders had an adult Easter Egg Hunt for the kids and cousins. They hid different colored jelly bellies and gave each adult a color to look for. Once we found 3 we got to pick a prize. I picked a Panda Express gift card and Bryce got a chick fil a gift card. It was a great idea and super fun! We went to a park and played Boules while we waited for them to hide the jelly bellies. Bryce schooled me!
