Christmas day was fantastic as usual. We started by opening presents from Santa and each family’s kids opened their presents from their parents. Then we had our traditional croissants and hot chocolate for breakfast. And the present opening continued. The afternoon was relaxing and fun, then in the evening we took a walk.
I forgot to post these pictures from Christmas eve. While the kids get in their pajamas, my dad hides books in the living room. Each child is given a piece of their wrapping paper, then they are to find their wrapped book. Then we get to open the books. We got Avery a few books. I LOVE this tradition and will most definitely do it with my own kids.
