On Thursday we decided to be ambitious and head downtown to the Space needle, ride the monorail then have a picnic at Gas Works park. Well, as soon as we got out of the car there was a downpour. We got drenched running to the monorail, then we didn’t have cash to ride it so when we got to the mall we spent forever looking for an atm. Then when we went to Gas Works park for our picnic it had stopped raining but I had forgotten it was February, maybe not the best time for a picnic and we froze our buns off! It was a bit of a bust but still and adventure!
That night, I didn’t take pictures but we went to Teriyaki and more for dinner and Nichole came with me to book club.
On Friday, we took it a little easier and went to the the quarter rides at the mall. In the afternoon Nichole did some shopping at some antique stores. That night we had garlic chicken pizza and played some games!
